Experience with Learning Theories

With a background as a project manager in an education technology agency, I have been immersed in the world of multimedia resource creation and instructional design theories in corporate and management training. However, I do recognize that there is a vast landscape of learning theories and instructional frameworks that I have yet to fully explore and integrate into my work. In my role, I have often incorporated elements of the ADDIE model and gamification principles into my designs, aiming to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients.
